About Annette HarveyAnnette Harvey is a Tax Certified Public Accountant who brings over 25 years of combined financial and leadership experience to her clients. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa and her MBA in Information Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Annette served 20 years as an Air Force officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During her military career, she held key leadership positions including Squadron Commander, where she led teams of up to 85 personnel and oversaw billion-dollar contracting portfolios. Her deployments to Iraq and Qatar, combined with her strategic roles at Air Combat Command and Special Operations Command, honed her ability to handle complex financial operations under pressure. After her Air Force retirement in 2017, Annette, her husband, and their children returned to her hometown of Centerville, Iowa. In 2019, she founded Silver Leaf Business Solutions and later joined Padgett to expand her reach in serving small business owners. Annette specializes in working with restaurants, contractors, medical professionals, investment partnerships, and various other small businesses both locally and remotely. Her approach combines technical accounting expertise with the leadership and problem-solving skills developed through decades of military service. Whether handling bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, or financial planning, Annette is committed to helping her clients achieve financial clarity and success.
